Do You See?

Took me about an hour to doctor this photo and make it to my liking, my eye was misbehaving and I kept slipping with the burn and dodge tools. The little pattern at the side is from brushes you can download off of here, I simply felt they suited the picture quite nicely.

Not sure what to name this, or what emotion is coming across, if you have any suggestions then please tell me or just leave a comment to tell me what you think? Compliments and Criticisms are accepted.
