The world just isn't a safe place anymore, people have become such dark things, such horrible things in such a short time, i never thought i'd live to see a world so over run by monsters, a world that was outside my own head. I can't sleep anymore, i can't even breath without first thinking of what i may be taking in, paranoia has tainted me, it's turned me into something ugly. I know i'm right though, people are dangerous and not to be trusted, turning your back on them is like the lamb turning it's back on the wolf, trusting a hunter by nature not to devour the lamb alive. I hate this world, i hate it so much but i'm afraid to end it so very afraid, that's why i built the Weird. Ah, marvellous things, machines most of them, some with organic centres but over all they are nothing but puppets and dolls that are bent to my will. They never betray me, judge me, hurt me, they do as i say, they love me and protect me from those monsters outside who call themselves my companions, my family. But not anymore, i am locked away now from that world, just me and my loves, my Weird. If anyone comes to that door, if a single person dares come into my garden, into my world then so help me i'll end them. This is my world, my home, my Weird, and no one else is allowed inside.
Borderline personality disorder - It is a psychiatric diagnosis that describes a long-term disturbance of personality function. It is one of four related diagnoses classified as dramatic-erratic personality disorders typified by disturbance in impulse control and emotional dysregulation. The general profile of the disorder typically includes a pervasive instability in mood, extreme "black and white" thinking, or "splitting", chaotic and unstable interpersonal relationships, self-image, identity, and behavior, as well as a disturbance in the individual's sense of self. In extreme cases, this disturbance in the sense of self can lead to periods of dissociation.
This is the start to my currently running story '.Borderline.', it is based around a troubled young man called Ehren Colton who suffers from a borderline personality disorder to an extreme extent.
The image above was made using a free stock image which i then cut, doctured and developed on gimp. The font i used is called 'Crazy Killer'.

No problem, i must say it all fasciantes me and find the company of people with so called 'mental' problems much more fun and interesting than those 'normal' people. Wouldn't you say normal people are so frightfully boring?
thanks for this. just a few minutes ago i stopped a talk with a friend. i tried to explane me, but he was only fixed on a "clear" problem. But there is nothing like this.
Thank you for this. I have and suffer from BPD. I was wondering if you cared if I used this to create a piece of Flair on Facebook there is a lack of BPD flair.

And here in the night, as I feel the inferno, I sit in the dark thinking, 'What is eternal? The Man? or The Moment? The Act? or The Reason?' These thoughts fill my head as I contemplate treason of dreams I have had and dreams I have pondered.
A brand new monthly article which showcases some of deviantART's finest equine artists, as well as recognizing the lesser-known but equally talented ones. Interviews, helpful tutorials and features can all be found here too! I hope you enjoy it.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
A collection of the most beautiful and amazing square photographs I found among my favourites. Please have a look and give these artists the attention they deserve!
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More

Every picture tells a story. Sometimes we don't like the ending. Sometimes we don't understand it.
